Gloves can be washed with soap. A scrub brush & some detergent will work, as it will on all your gear. They do tend to get wet anyway (I've never seen a firefighter with dry gloves at a fire) and they are sometimes difficult to dry but again, they keep you safe and it's worth the effort.
